Take a good close look in the mirror before you judge! I know you all think china is a bully, a place full of corruption and in some small part you may be right, but with over 1.4 billion people to look after it's not an easy job for those in charge. The priorities for all countries should be to look after its citizens and I believe few places on Earth are trying as hard as China to do so. I have lived and worked in China for over 17 years, I'm from the U.K. and I should know more than most what really goes on here in China. What is life like in China? It's great. My family and I have great jobs, our kids go to amazing schools, we holiday 4 or 5 times a year and we have (almost) all the same freedoms I enjoyed in the U.K. Of course we have some restrictions, ones that you are probably already aware, the biggest being the internet.
